Holy Mac! WordPress Frameworks have been occuping my mind for some time. Time to jump into the deep end.

Holy Mac! I’ve been ummmming and arrrhing about WordPress Frameworks for ages. I’ve also been doing some solid research. I know I want an easier WordPress development method, but I’m not 100% sold on the frameworks, for a few different reasons. For all the benefits, and there are many, I still sweat late at night about some of the short comings and/or compromises.

Anyway, you never do know until you try. So here goes. Right now, HOLYmac is running on Ian Stewart’s Thematic WordPress Framework, using the Thematic Power Blog Theme. We will give it a run and see what we think.

So we’ll be playing around with the layout and design, and it will no doubt be bumpy/messy/skew-if while we do so. This entire site is a test ground more than anything else, for both WordPress Frameworks and SEO purposes.
