By Cav&#8217;s own addmision, he was &#8220;lazy&#8221;. The Aussies were well represented with <a title="Allan Davis on Twitter" href="http://twitter.com/allandavis27" target="_blank">Allan Davis</a> running 4th, and <a title="Mick Rogers on Twitter" href="http://twitter.com/mickrogers" target="_blank">Mick Rogers</a> staying out of trouble.</p>
