Mick Rogers was one of the earlier Pro riders to adopt Twitter. Alejandro Valverde Banned for 2 years

Monday, May 11th, 2009

The ongoing battle of Valverde V’s CONI was ruled upon today, with the Italian anti-doping agency banning Alejandra for 2 years. It’s an Italy-only ban (at this stage), but with the 2009 Tour de France passing onto Italian soil, that means Valverde won’t be pinning a start number on this year. Unless the case gets over-ruled. Tis battle will no doubt go on. You can read a more in-depth analysis on cycling news.

Rory Sutherland Loves Joe Martin

Monday, May 11th, 2009

Rory Sutherland seems to loves a few things. The two of the most-currently recognisable are the Joe Martin Stage Race, and Twitter.  Rory has just won his 3rd consecutive  Joe Martin title, which as an amazing feat, and shows Rory’s pure talent.

And as for Rory’s other love interest, Twitter, well you only have to follow his Tweets to know ….

  • he flew home with King Floyd
  • he’s eating a breakfast buritto (maybe that’s his victory celebration..??)
  • Beer does not = dinner
  • and alot more  invaluable information on how to be a REAL Pro Cyclist

Follow Rory on Twitter : he’s also “planning, discussing, and strategizing (is that a word) twitter domination”.
